ABOUT Me
Jared Schaeffer is an instructional designer, educator, and learning strategist with extensive experience in creating engaging training solutions across corporate, higher education, and K–12 settings. He holds a BFA in Intermedia from West Virginia University, an MS in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning at Capella University.
His career includes roles with JetBlue Airways, Disney Institute, and EPAM Systems, where he designed eLearning, managed large-scale training programs, and implemented innovative learning technologies. Jared specializes in simulation-based learning, interactive video, branching scenarios, and knowledge management solutions.
Currently a teacher and instructional designer, he combines creativity, technology, and adult learning principles to deliver learning experiences that are practical, accessible, and impactful.
